Yoga Among Friends offers a variety of classes for the beginner and advanced student. Classes run 7 days a week morning, afternoon, and evening. We offer a variety of yoga styles including Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Basic Beginner Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra among others.
