Location
We're located in the heart of downtown Downers Grove, one block west of Main St, and one block north of the train tracks. We're on the east side of Forest Ave in a tall building on the 2nd floor. Street parking is usually available.
Note: we are not handicap accessible.
Hours of Operation
We are open 20 minutes before and after each class. Otherwise the studio is closed or in use for private classes and events. Phone calls are returned within 24 hours. Our boutique offers yoga mats and books and is open during studio hours.
