What is a Yoga Therapist you ask?
Highly trained Yoga professional who works together (in a therapeutic relationship) to empower & support individuals to manage their own health
Using a holistic approach, Yoga Therapists focus on the whole person (rather than a single condition)
Together with the individual we work to address physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual challenges: using the principles and practices of Yoga. This may include postures, breath awareness and techniques, meditation, relaxation, dietary advice, and self-development.
We invite you to join us for a complimentary, one-on-one, 30-minute introductory session on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in celebration of Global Yoga Therapy Day.
We will have certified yoga therapists available from 9am-12pm and from 1pm-4pm. Two time slots are available for each time. Please book early. This is open to anyone who has not worked with a yoga therapist previously.
