Studio Policies
Face Coverings
On 2/28/22, Our COVID mask policy has changed in accordance with the Illinois Department of Health. Wearing masks coming into and going from the practice studio are optional for all teachers and students.
Some classes may still require students to wear masks while practicing and/or provide proof of vacination. It is up to the individual teacher as whether masks are required or not.
Please respect each other's decisions to wear a mask or not.
No Contact Registration
- Online registration and payment is required for all classes. No walk-ins allowed. We are not accepting cash or check payments at the studio.
- Each student is required to read agree to our online waiver with a new COVID section at time of registration
Keeping Clean
Students should wash hands before class or use the provided hand sanitizer
We’re adding enhanced cleaning procedures including disinfecting high touch areas in studio and bathrooms, and mopping the practice room floor between each class.
Practice room windows will be opened for fresh air after every class
Bathrooms & common areas will be professionally cleaned once per day
The HEPA HVAC air filter will be changed monthly
Mats & Props
- Students must bring their own mat.
- Students can use studio props. We will provide disinfectant for students to clean studio props before and/after use.
- Blankets are being cleaned weekly
Additional Policies
- Some in-studio classes will be simultaneously be livestreaming via Zoom.
- We will accept drop-ins for Studio classes as long as: 1) The number of class registrations has not reached maximum occupancy, and 2) The drop-in student pays in cash or check before partaking in the class.
- Practice no shows who do not cancel online 24 hours before class time will be charged
