  • Taming the “Inner Critic” and replacing self-criticism with self-compassion.

  • Fostering self-acceptance by cultivating inner kindness and learning to treat yourself as your own best friend.

Self-kindness is not a destination but a daily journey.

Lisa and Ruth are excited to accompany and support you as you integrate these self-kindness practices into your daily life. Whether you are new to mindfulness and self-compassion or have been on this path for some time, this series is designed to meet you where you are and guide you towards greater self-acceptance and self-love. Past participants have shared that these practices enrich their own overall well-being and nurture more meaningful and fulfilling relationships.

Much of the research for this course comes from the Mindful Self-Compassion Program developed by psychologists Kristin Neff, Ph.D., University of Texas, and Christopher Germer, Ph.D., Harvard Medical School.
