Strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt with this Pilates mat class with props. The mind-body workout of Pilates focuses on utilizing core muscles to build full-body strength. Some of the many benefits backed by science include:

Donna is a certified yoga therapist who fell in love with yoga in 1999. Since 2002, she has been a licensed physical therapist assistant focusing on outpatient orthopedic and neurological disorders. She integrates her physical therapy experience, yoga knowledge, and Pilates training to offer a unique teaching style that blends rehabilitation with yoga's healing and health benefits.
