Howl In Harmony is a conscious conversation on sex, shame, and speaking your truth. We’re welcoming men and women to share in an evening of our shared perspectives on how love shows up in our daily existence of chatter and noise.
Join us for chanting, poetry and song as we journey deeper into the balance of the male/female gender. Discussion and sharing will be centered the process of dialoguing through respect of our differences! How can we come to an inner awareness of holding opposites as a healthy model of living? Come, share thoughts, beliefs, and feel safe with your stories as we hold the space in loving kindness and compassion for all.
Maureen, Todd and Laura Jane will facilitate this conversation on sexual intelligence and how to nurture a culture where everyone feels heard, represented, and understood.

All our customers are required to complete this form prior to attending any of our drop-in classes, workshops, or any other program offerings. Note: you only need to fill out the waiver form once.

You will be taken to the PayPal website to process your payment. A PayPal account is NOT required in order to complete the online payment process.
Mail-in or Drop-off Payment $30
Mail your check of $30 ($2 discount) payable to Yoga Among Friends to: 4949 Forest Ave, Downers grove, IL 60515. YAF only accepts cash and checks at the studio.
