Kick off your holiday with an outdoor Hatha/Vinyasa practice in Washington Park! Be prepared to practice int he sun. Bring your own mat, props, water, sunscreen, and sunglasses.

Class will be conducted with 6' between students and the teacher. Face masks are optional once on your mat but are to be worn upon entering and leaving the class.

*If there is bad weather, class will be held on Zoom.
