“Let peace begin with me, let this be the moment now”
A desire for peace runs deep in our DNA. The fabric of our being allows us to meet ourselves and others with loving kindness. This quality of inner balance contributes positively to our health and wellness, encouraging harmony within for optimal physical and functional integrity.
Inner peace allows us to remain calm, centered, and balanced, even amid chaos and uncertainty. Yoga offers tools to cultivate this quiet strength.

December 3: “Light up the Night”
Candlelight is the backdrop for this workshop as we celebrate the winter season and learn about the importance of rituals (Charya in Sanskrit) that connect us to the light and one another.
Each session will include a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, guided meditation, and time for reflection & journaling.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
