Description
Do you find yourself unstable & uncertain in times of difficulty? Urging yourself to make no action in hopes the situation will just go away?
Doing nothing IS actually an action.
If you…
make your decisions based on what you think the outcome will be
focus on the future consequences, while disregarding the current situation
find yourself physically suffering in challenging situations
need guidance how to direct your clients to make their own difficult decisions
Then this is a weekend you can’t miss!
During this weekend of workshops, we will deeply explore the Bhagavad Gita’s guidance on internal conflict through difficult times. The Bhagavad Gita is a manual to show us how to work with ourselves & our clients to:
see the current situations we find ourselves in
help us determine the most accurate action to make
how to make these decisions from our internal knowing, not our external fears
Through the tools of yoga, we provide ourselves & our clients with the ability to identify misperceptions & misunderstandings throwing us out of balance. We begin to understand that the mind & emotions are often the root cause of many physical illnesses. These same tools are used to help us work with these imbalances to clear our perception & confidently call upon our inner knowing.
This workshop will guide you to:
detachment in attentive action, focusing on now
freedom of responsibility, others responses is not your control
tools to teach your clients to bring themselves into balance
Yoga is an experiential learning. Throughout this weekend, you will have the opportunity to experience the powerful tools of yoga. Discover the significance of prāṇāyāma in your practice. Identify with the focus of guided meditation. With gentle āsana practices grounding these experiences, you will truly embody the power of these tools of yoga for a deeply personal practice.
Whether an experienced practitioner or new to yoga, all levels are welcome.
