  • Meet via Zoom at 7:45am to meditate using a specific mantra with a group. Journaling and brief discussion may take place after meditation.

  • Attend via Zoom the 9-10:15am Hatha Vinyasa Yoga classes designed to awaken and enhance your physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual awareness, and complement your meditative state.

  • Receive a Follow-up Email after each week with the recap and guidance for daily intentions and practices

  • Receive Audio Recordings with the yoga class and meditation session that week.

  • Personal Guidance is available upon need.

Guidelines:

  • Make sure to mute yourself when you enter the class/meeting.

  • Be respectful of your fellow students and the teacher by being on time. The teacher may not be able to admit you if you are late.

  • Props (or prop substitutes) needed for class:
    – 1 or 2 blocks (stack of 1-2 thick books work too)
    – 1 bolster, cushion or firm pillow
    – 2 blankets or beach towels
    – a strap, belt, long scarf, or dish towel

If you are new to Yoga Among Friends, please complete our New Student information & Liability Release form. This will save you time when you come into the studio. All our customers are required to complete this form prior to attending any of our drop-in classes, workshops, or any other program offerings. Note: you only need to fill out the waiver form once.
