Kick-off your holiday with an outdoor Hatha/Vinyasa practice in Washington Park! Be prepared to practice in the sun. Bring your own mat, props, water, sunscreen, and sunglasses.

The class will be conducted with 6' between students and the teacher. Face masks are optional once on your mat but are to be worn upon entering and leaving the class.

*If there is bad weather, the class will be held in the studio and on Zoom.
