Face yoga is a lovely self-care practice promoting healthy, glowing skin. Be guided in a relaxing and soothing natural facelift that enhances your wellbeing and will leave you feeling refreshed and vibrant.

The benefits of Face Yoga are more than skin deep and the practice encompasses 5 parts:

  • Facial Exercise helps lift & firm the muscles under the skin which smooths lines and wrinkles. There are 57 muscles in the face, head, and neck.

  • Facial Massage helps boost circulation, improve lymphatic drainage & release tension. 

  • Acupressure techniques boost circulation & release stress, which can aid in preventing headaches, releasing sinuses, and enhancing the quality of sleep. 

  • Relaxation

  • Wellbeing - All done with mindfulness and breath awareness.

Learn simple exercises and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine. A little goes a long way!!! 

Done with clean face and hands. Use of facial serum (which is ideal) or moisturizer used for massage techniques. *Please bring your favorite serum or moisturizer to use at the workshop.


Donna Ohman PTA, C-IAYT began practicing yoga in 1999 and fell in love immediately. She is certified by The International Association of Yoga Therapists, and is:

  • an Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT) practitioner,

  • a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2002, with a focus on outpatient orthopedic and neurological disorders

  • Stott Pilates Rehab trained.

Donna received her Face Yoga certification in 2020. She teaches privates and small groups.

She has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with others. She integrates her physical therapy experience, yoga knowledge, and Pilates training. Her unique teaching style blends her rehabilitation experience with the healing and health benefits of yoga.

Donna is inspired by an eclectic group of teachers and lineages. Her classes are alignment-based with a blend of therapeutics, rhythmic movement, and an emphasis on the breath. Her philosophy is “Focus on the whole; health and healing take place in the body, mind, and soul”.

  1. Click this Face Yoga to register and pay for the class. Registration is now open and space is limited. Registration closes 1 hour before the workshop.

  2. You will receive reminder emails 24 hours and 2 hours before the start of the workshop.
