This gentle and supportive yoga series is designed specifically for women experiencing menopause or perimenopause. Over four weeks, you’ll explore how yoga can help manage common symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and fatigue while fostering balance and overall well-being.
Each class incorporates breathwork, restorative poses, gentle movements, and mindfulness practices tailored to ease physical and emotional changes during this life transition. You’ll also gain practical tools to reduce stress, improve energy levels, and enhance your body’s natural resilience.
