Join us for a heartwarming and gentle Slow Puppy Yoga class, where movement meets mindfulness in the company of adorable, adoptable puppies! This special session is designed as a slow and low-to-the-ground practice, creating a calm and safe environment for both you and our furry friends.
As you flow through gentle stretches and grounding postures, playful pups will roam freely, offering snuggles, joy, and maybe even a little inspiration for your practice. Safety and comfort are our top priorities—for both humans and puppies—ensuring a peaceful and nurturing experience.
This event is more than just yoga; it’s an opportunity to support a great cause. All proceeds will benefit a local animal rescue - 501(c)3 Pet Profile Rescue - and every puppy present will be available for adoption. Whether you’re looking for a new best friend or just want to soak in some puppy love, this class promises to leave you feeling relaxed, connected, and full of joy.
This class will be led by Kim Eisendrath RYT-500 & she has specifically designed this class to be a healing experience!
No prior yoga experience needed—just bring an open heart, and a love for animals!
Spaces are limited to 25, so reserve your spot today!
