In this workshop, Julie will be giving tips for winter survival as we move through these long nights and short days. The light from the moon is a healing source during winter nights. Creating a routine, eating foods that heal and warm the body, and establishing a warm, cozy home will help us move though the darkness into the coming light. The wisdom of Ayurveda is simple and aligns itself with Mother Nature and the seasonal shifts. Learn about oils, spices, and teas that will bring the body closer to balance. Have a pen and paper ready to take notes.
