This class celebrates the art of deep relaxation. Preparing the body with specific poses to open up to the breath and move into a meditative state. Basic pranayama is introduced. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
Restorative Yoga uses blankets and bolsters to fully support the body in foundational yoga postures without muscular exertion. Restorative Yoga is deep but passive, making it accessible to all levels.
