Marina introduces you to the Yoga Sutras and guides the class through a group meditation practice. Receive follow-up emails and a recording after each session with a recap and guidance for daily intentions and practices. Personal guidance is available upon request.

When registering for Meditation Circles, you must choose how you would like to take the class: select Studio or Zoom.

Meditation Circles—Studio

  2. You will receive a class registration confirmation with our safety procedures for classes held in the studio.

  3. Additional reminder emails will be sent 24 hours and 2 hours before class.

Meditation Circles—Zoom

  1. Click this Meditation Circles - ZOOM link to register and pay for the classes. You will receive a class registration confirmation email that includes the link for the first class on Sunday, Dec 7 only.

  2. You will receive reminder emails 24 hours and 2 hours EACH class with a unique Zoom link for that week’s class. The Zoom links may change for each class. Click the link in the email to access the specific class.
