Not all yoga is created equal and some of yoga’s tools are more effective for certain ailments. In this workshop, learn how a Yoga Therapist applies specific tools of yoga to help with lower back pain.
A Yoga Therapist is trained many more years and hours beyond a yoga teacher who generally is qualified to teach a classroom within one year or 200-hours. A Yoga therapist needs a minimum of 800-hours beyond their 200-hours.
