• Yoga: Marina will teach an all-level yoga class focusing on the Buddhist principle of the Lotus: "We have all risen above the mud.”

• Art Making: Heather will guide you in the artistic process of creating a lotus.

• Sound Bath: Yolanda will accompany yoga and art making with the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal bowls to alter your mind and emotions.
